Silky, creamy, oozy baked camembert. No need for bread, just dig in with a spoon!

Baked Camembert

SERVES 4

1 camembert cheese (250g)

1 garlic clove (sliced in half lengthways)

few sprigs of rosemary

olive oil

salt and pepper

Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Cut a ~20 cm square piece of parchment paper. Place the camembert in the middle of the parchment paper, and fit it back into the round cardboard box (without the lid).

Cut a cross in the middle of the cheese, and stuff the middle with garlic and rosemary.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until melted and oozy.

Serve with a spoon or some low-carb crackers.
