Crisp shards of cheesy lace. These crisps look delicate and fragile, but they taste strong! Intensely umami and salty, these certainly hit the spot for a savoury snack! 

You can adjust the recipe to make more or less as you please.

Cheese Crisps

SERVES 14

120g hard cheese like cheddar parmesan — use one or a mixture.

Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper

Finely grate cheese and arrange into 14 small heaps on a baking tray ( about a tablespoon each).

Bake in the oven for 8 minutes until golden brown.

Allow to cool on the baking tray for 5-10 minutes and then remove to serve.
