Full of healthy fats, this meal is great for keeping hunger at bay, and will keep you going all day long. Quick and easy, it leaves no excuse for not eating well!
Halloumi Bowl
SERVES 1
3 slices halloumi, approx 50g
1/2 avocado pitted peeled and sliced
handful of mixed leaves
chilli oil
1 teaspoon tahini
lemon
salt & pepper
Ingredients
Heat 1/4 teaspoon ghee in a heavy based frying pan over a medium heat. Fry halloumi slices for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden.
Serve the halloumi over a bed of lettuce and avocado.
Finish with a spritz of lemon juice, chilli oil, tahini and season to taste.
