Break your fast, without the carbs, with this nourishing poké bowl.

Lime and Chilli Prawn bowl

SERVES 1

150g raw peeled prawns (organic if possible)

1 head of pan choi, sliced 

olive oil or butter

1 whole avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced

1 teaspoon chilli oil

Ingredients

In a heavy based frying pan, over a medium heat, add a glug of oil. Add the prawns and pak choi, and stir fry for about 4–5 minutes until the greens have wilted and the prawns have turned pink.

Transfer to a serving bowl, top with avocado, chilli oil, a squeeze of lime and season with salt and pepper.

Maybe even try eating it with chopsticks. If you’re not that good with chopsticks, it will only make you eat slower and savour each morsel—give it a go!‍
