This cranberry sauce is sharp and gently spiced, as it should be.

Orange & Cinnamon Cranberry Sauce

SERVES 6

300g cranberries

zest of 1/2 an orange

zest of 1/2 a lemon

1 cinamon stick

2 tablespoons water

1 teaspoon natural sweetener

Ingredients

Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and simmer over a low heat, covered for 10-15 minutes until the cranberries have collapsed. Adjust to your taste and serve!
