Scope of services
You are engaging in services provided by Rachel Lett, a qualified Nutritionist, certified GAPS Practitioner, and Ballymaloe trained chef, who offers online coaching, education, and guidance on nutrition and lifestyle optimisation.
These services are provided remotely and virtually, and are intended for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Client responsibilities
You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to consult with a qualified medical professional before making any changes to your diet, medications, or lifestyle.
You agree not to discontinue or adjust any prescribed medication or medical treatment without prior consent from your physician.
Jurisdiction and insurance
The services are provided under the legal jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.
Professional indemnity insurance held by Rachel Lett only applies to claims made under UK law.
If you are located outside the UK, you acknowledge and accept that any claims or disputes will be governed by UK law and subject to UK jurisdiction only.
Limitations of service
Services are not a substitute for medical advice or a consultation with a licensed healthcare provider.
Rache Lett is not a medical doctor, and the services offered are not intended to treat or cure medical conditions.
Confidentiality
All client information is handled in accordance with UK Data Protection laws and is kept strictly confidential, except as required by law.
Secure platforms will be used for online communication wherever possible.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided (written guides, PDFs, videos, etc.) are the intellectual property of Rachel Lett and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

Governing Law

Clients engaged prior to effective date
If you began working with me before the Effective Date of these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that:
1.These Terms now form part of our professional relationship going forward.
2. Continued engagement with my services after the Effective Date constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
